We love our place and have been surprised at the over-the-top willingness of the employees of Pulte to make sure we are happy with our purchase. This is not our first new construction build. Pulte at Jamison place is highly highly motivated to represent their brand in a positive manner. If there are issues, they respond promptly and appear to bend over backwards to resolve issues, no matter no serious they are. There is no need to pressure the employees to get something resolved. Their is nobody ignoring us, minimizing issues, etc, which are not-uncommon issues in construction from what my experience. I can specifically say that I am impressed with Jim in sales, Dan Rutecki (construction management), Alice / Diane (HOA), Zach. These people respond promptly and directly. The people Pulte hires take their roles seriously.
