- CLCourtney LynnJun 12, 20261.0For legal reasons I cannot share everything as to why this is 1 star only to say, do NOT live there! I understand this is low income housing, but they only put in the worst of the worst in the last few years. It's really sad because the previous manager TRIED to clean it up, but the new corporate buyers just want the apartments filled no matter who it is. There are roaches and bed bugs now and it never used to be that way. Absolutely disgusted how they let this place go.
- BBBrandonMar 12, 20251.0I would not live here. I have been trying to leave bc all he does is lie. He claims he is here Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm. There are times he doesn't come in all week long and takes forever to answer the phone due to this. He even yelled at me and my room mate for fighting at 2 pm when there is screaming past 11pm and he refuses to do anything. Cops do not respond for nuisance, they just tell you contact your landlord when he doesn't do anything. If I could I would put a 0!
