  Love the location. Easy access to everything, just a short drive. Houses are well designed and the home layouts are perfect for easy living. Lawn care and snow removal included in HOA, as well as a future community clubhouse with gym, pickleball courts, and walking trails. This is a new community and as with any new construction there are always questions and issues during and even after completion but all of the staff are very helpful and follow through, no matter what part of the building phase. From the initial contact of Lora in sales, to the project manager, Ron, and then the Customer Care Warranty team for after closing, every Ryan Homes employee involved in the new home construction processes are professional and caring. Great community to be a part of.

  I moved to Spyglass Trails in June and couldn't be happier with my home. Lora Blair was great to work with to make decisions about my home. She somehow is able to remember each person by name and answers any questions I have. Ron Kaylor has been a wonderful project manager, well after the home was complete. He's visible in the community and helps wherever he can. It's a new community and it's been great meeting alot of my neighbors.

  My home is currently under construction. I am moving back to W PA and I was really impressed with this community. Lora Blair the Ryan realtor/sales director is amazing. Even before my first visit, she scheduled a call to get to know me and what I was seeking. The buying experience was exceptional. (and fun!) She is very experienced but also very caring and dedicated. I had a great meeting with the construction engineer, Ron, and I’m kept up to date every two weeks. I have already had an opportunity to meet some neighbors because Lora plans a quarterly meet and greet at a local winery for residents, those under construction and those considering buying to get to know each other. It was very reassuring to meet my neighbors and hear their stories about what brought them to this community. I think what exemplifies this community the most was a visit I made last week to meet the fencing company for an estimate. The construction crew was friendly. As I was waiting for the vendor, a man pulled up in a truck to make sure that I was ok and hadn’t broken down. I mentioned wanting to see the cabinets that I selected again before I went furniture shopping. He invited me to come up to his home because he had the same cabinets! The neighbors are friendly, the community is really coming together as each new house is completed and I look forward to being a part of the community soon!

  My husband and I recently purchased a new unbuilt home in Spyglass. From my first phone call with Lora, she has been attentive in returning calls, since we are in Virginia, she went out of her way to send a video of the lot we were considering and always answers my questions promptly. When we meant in person, she spent 3 hours explaining the new home purchase process. We are anxiously awaiting our house to be completed and making the move back to Southwest PA.

  We feel blessed to be able to live in Spyglass Trails Community. Lora, the agent , was wonderful and professional and laid everything out for us to help us make our decision. Ron gave us weekly updates, attended to all of our inquiries and is awesome to work with. The community itself is beautiful, quiet, close to needed amenities, and full of great neighbors!
