Excellent location. The staff are very accommodating. The estate is well maintained, and that's after 30 years.!!

Nice apt and townhouse community. Pool and Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has a Laundry room, gym and Community room with a pool table available for rentals. Maintaining man is awesome. Well manicured grounds.

Do not move here unless you already have a tenant lawyer on speed dial. This management team engages in deceptive, hostile practices, and they count on the fact that local conflicts of interest will block you from getting pro bono legal help. They exploit this intentionally. If you sign a lease, you are walking into a trap without a legal shield. This place had the potential to be a great community, but it has been utterly destroyed by absolute administrative incompetence and a complete lack of standards for who they let in. The property has devolved into a lawless environment overrun by constant violence, heavy police intervention, and blatant illicit activity—all while the corporate development team sits back and does absolutely nothing to stop it. The maintenance operation is an outright fraud. They systematically falsify tenant records by marking critical work orders as completed without ever showing up, or they force you to live with broken infrastructure for months on end. Look at the photo evidence. Their operational negligence is so severe that their own vendors are forced to bypass management and plead with residents just to handle account issues. Yet, they will aggressively burn through money on front-lawn cosmetics to maintain a fake illusion for prospective renters. This isn't a home; it is a hostile environment. Moving here is an act of total self-destruction.

One bedroom apartment did the trick. Bad carpets though. Funny that the security deposit automatically goes towards “cleaning” the carpet upon move out. Property managers don’t answer emails.

Having lived here for over 30 years something must attract me! It is slightly off the main drag yet a very short drive to so many popular stores and restaurants. The staff try to keep things cleaned up and neat and do a great job, for the most part. The pandemic seemed to make it harder to get hold of someone for questions but even that ironed itself out.
