  Well, I thought it was going to be good. I went there to get a house. And we had a problem when my current mortgage was sold to a different lender and had to back out to get it straightened out then went back and that's when they started changing things they left us pick a lot and sign everything it'll be the first one and we went to.the preconstruction meeting and all and after that is when they wanted to change the conditions to get the house started being built they told us we had to have are house under contract and we did then they came back with it needs to be non contingent so we got are buyer house sold so it is non contingent now today because my lender will not send them some release form they tell me I'm going to have to wait till we go to settlement before they will start construction. Everytime I do want they want then they tell me i have to do more stuff so they can start building. Its been nothing but one lie after another since we started this process. This affects 7 of us. We are having to get an apartment to live in now and we have to pay $2,774.00 a month for the rental plus all utilities on top of that. A $600 pet deposit which is non refundable. $50 a month for pets. A $750 security deposit. Plus the expenses of moving a moving truck rental. We have to pay for a storage unit because we can't take everything to our apartment. We have to live in a 3 bedroom and have our children share bedrooms and my wife and I have to sleep in the living room. We were going to do this for 3 months and now are being told we will have to do this for probably 5 or 6 months all because we did not start building my home. Which we were told in June that we would start building our home the first week of August. Yeah so much for that. This affects my kids they have to switch schools 2 times. My wife's parents are moving with us and this affects them as well. Her father is sick and dying of cancer. This is why we got a home here because we needed a big house so we could be together so she can care for her dying father. They all knew this when we signed for our new home in June!!! Then you want me to recommend Ryan Homes to others who are looking to build. Really!!! If i would have known all this i would never have came here. And we are still wanting me to pay them money every month but we are not building my home!! This has been such a stressful process instead of a Happy one. We have waited and worked so hard to be able to get a new home built.

  I would like to thank Yvette Woods and Cody Stahley for the wonderful jobs they both did. We love our new home and location. The day we walked into the model home we knew this is where we wanted to live after looking at so many properties. Yvette Woods made the process easy. She was very helpful and patient with us. She took the time and explained the entire process to us, offered help when we weren't certain of design ideas. No matter what time of day it was, whenever we had a question she was quick to respond back. The buying process can be very scary, but she made the it less stressful. She is very good a what she does, and it shows. Cody was awesome. He kept us informed and up to date with every step of our build. He was very informative and knowledgeable throughout the construction phase, right down to the final walk through. He delivered exactly when he said he would. Thank you DJ & JB.

  If you’re looking in the Summerfield area, choosing Ryan Homes has been a great experience so far. Even though the process isn’t finished yet, everything up to this point has been smooth, professional, and well organized. The homes in the Summerfield community are beautifully designed with thoughtful layouts and great attention to detail, and it’s exciting watching everything come together step by step. A big reason the experience has been so positive is because of the team involved. Yvette Woods has been amazing throughout the process. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions and make sure everything is clearly explained. She truly makes you feel comfortable and confident during a big decision like building a home. Also, Cameron, our loan specialist, has been extremely helpful on the financing side. Cameron has made the loan process easy to understand and has been very responsive whenever we needed information or guidance. While I'm still in the middle of the journey, the experience so far with Ryan Homes in the Summerfield area has been excellent, and I'm excited to see the finished result. Definitely a great team to work with. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
