  Would not buy a house in this development area! The houses built in this development are built overtop of the Hanover Quarry that has been know for years and years to have consistent sink holes in that surrounding area. The newly built houses are already having foundation issues i would assume from the sink holes! just a matter of time till a house is condemed from a sink hole or worse! Never heard much good from Ryan homes everyone i know loves Burketine homes and have had no issues yet

  I would like to thank Yvette Woods and Cody Stahley for the wonderful jobs they both did. We love our new home and location. The day we walked into the model home we knew this is where we wanted to live after looking at so many properties. Yvette Woods made the process easy. She was very helpful and patient with us. She took the time and explained the entire process to us, offered help when we weren't certain of design ideas. No matter what time of day it was, whenever we had a question she was quick to respond back. The buying process can be very scary, but she made the it less stressful. She is very good a what she does, and it shows. Cody was awesome. He kept us informed and up to date with every step of our build. He was very informative and knowledgeable throughout the construction phase, right down to the final walk through. He delivered exactly when he said he would. Thank you DJ & JB.

  If you’re looking in the Summerfield area, choosing Ryan Homes has been a great experience so far. Even though the process isn’t finished yet, everything up to this point has been smooth, professional, and well organized. The homes in the Summerfield community are beautifully designed with thoughtful layouts and great attention to detail, and it’s exciting watching everything come together step by step. A big reason the experience has been so positive is because of the team involved. Yvette Woods has been amazing throughout the process. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions and make sure everything is clearly explained. She truly makes you feel comfortable and confident during a big decision like building a home. Also, Cameron, our loan specialist, has been extremely helpful on the financing side. Cameron has made the loan process easy to understand and has been very responsive whenever we needed information or guidance. While I'm still in the middle of the journey, the experience so far with Ryan Homes in the Summerfield area has been excellent, and I'm excited to see the finished result. Definitely a great team to work with. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
