  The management will lie to you about what they will charge for, the maintenance can be sluggish, they allocate funds for repainting parking lines annually instead of more beneficial improvements, the management is very passive-aggressive and their communication skills need work, the apartments could be better maintained, and the service fees do not justify what they charge.

  The property manager, Walter was very personable and had such a welcoming personality. All of our questions were answered in a professional but realistic manner.

  We have lived at Toll House Apartments and have enjoyed every single day… quiet and calm, close to shoppings and medical facilities and whenever we have needed attention from the administration they have responded quickly.

  We have lived here since 2022. This is a very friendly community. The staff are helpful and friendly. Great location to shopping and dining.

  Took a tour of the property and was delighted to see how clean and well maintained the property was. Walter was very helpful and provided excellent customer service
