  What previous reviews have stated. 1 day to pay utilities and an exorbitant fee attached prior to late reminder. Property managers say that no one can be contacted about billing issues and no changes made. Rude property manager that can't be bothered with tenants. Poorly built and designed townhouses, layout doesn't work. Immediately regretted signing lease.

  The townhouses are nice but the manager is very rude. You have 12 hours to pay your rent or they charge you a late fee. Buyer beware because she will mislead you. Would never do business with them again. Thank you for replying. I would love to share my concern. How do I get in contract with you?

  If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I applied for a Unit and told Robin about my credit situation and assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem and she could override it. We applied and paid $400 in application fees and were denied. Robin said to give her a day and she would override everything for us as we demanded the fees back. Two days later no override and no refund of the fees. Robin will not respond to emails calls or texts. She knew she wasn’t going to override us from the start and yet had us pay $500 in outrageous fees for nothing. What a scam!! After reading the reviews on here though I’m glad we didn’t get approved because it sounds like somewhere I wouldn’t want my family living. Renters beware before applying!!!

  Moved here a couple months ago and have nothing but good things to say about them! Anytime I put in a maintenance request it is always resolved quick and fast!
