    I would give zero stars if possible. Do not waste your money. I purchased in the neighboring community Heritage Overlook ;the model is in the Greens community. The sales team is atrocious. You’ll have to babysit them every step of the way. The contractors they subbed out for all the work are even worse! My home and many of my neighbors homes were done extremely poorly. Horrible drywall finishes, damaged hardware all over including my microwave, range hood and dishwasher. Paint on literally everything and anything. My home was complete and Dec and it took until May to wrap up MOST of the repairs. They had to essentially redo 70 percent of the drywall. There were so many upgrades I purchased that were also damaged. It got even better because when I complained I was gaslit by the company and told Im just nitpicking. It was truly a horrible experience.

    Nice golf course community. A lot of construction going on at the moment. We are thinking of buying.

    I can't share enough what a joy and the easy of the process Beth McCloy and Melissa Grow provided us. From picking layouts, to lending, to just answering questions. I would highly recommend the team at the Greens of Greencastle.
