  DO NOT MOVE HERE. I will say it again. Do NOT move here. Apartments are a renters special to a T. Very over priced, facilities are damaged all over the place and just overall messy. They hit you with hidden random charges whenever they can. A very disorganized operation and I have no control over the tenants here. They will enter your apartment without notice and not say a single thing about it. You will always have a constant smell of trash, cigarettes, and weed throughout the hallways and your apartment. I would highly suggest under no circumstances to move here.

  I went there this Tuesday to tour the place to try and take advantage of the $500 off deal and picked out the apartment that I wanted. Liza told me that the apartment that I was interested in was $2300 instead of $2550 due to long vacancy. I said ok. I came back the next day to take measurements to make sure that my items would fit. Soon as I applied online and paid my application fee of $550, she then told me that the price of the apartment has changed to a $250 increase. It blew my mind that soon as I show interest and apply now all of sudden the price goes up. It’s very frustrating, unprofessional, and NOT GOOD BUSINESS to treat customers like this.

  No security and no cameras. VERY UNSAFE with homeless people sleeping in the rec center. Leaks in the apartments. It’s been 3 weeks since Memorial Day and the pool is disgusting with standing dirty water while our rent has been paid on time ($2000) for a small apartment. We can’t use the pool at the start of the season because of VERY POOR management. The hottest nice days and the pool can’t be used. No apologies No notification, no signs just pure disappointment. The public health department should be involved.

  Apartment itself is nice, however it seems like this place is going downhill quickly. Homeless people were found sleeping downstairs in the main building and the residents here pay way too much to feel unsafe like that. They need better security going forward if that’s what’s going to happen here. The pool has also been unacceptable, the same water has been sitting still for days with no cycling/filtration since the pool opened. You would think they would close it for sanitary reasons and take the matter seriously but instead they’re letting people swim in the same water day after day

  Do not I repeat do not move here unless you want management to lie and place charges for a community luggage carry on you. $250 for a damaged cart they was already damaged and they’re pinning it on me. They lied saying they have video but I was there in person in my own apartment unit when we realized the cart was already. Despicable.
