  5 stars for our maintenance man, Ray!!! I’ve been living here for many years and Ray never disappoints when there’s a service issue. I had a water heater problem that no one was able to fix but Ray took time out of HIS vacation to come & fix the issue within minutes. He is a valuable asset to Melrose & I’m very grateful to have him!

  rent goes up 100 dollers yearly and after 5 days late they take you to court and make you pay a lot of fees money hungry property. And vents are never cleaned , and property managers are heavily in your personal life Not recommended

  The best location and apartment to live, and I've been living here for the past decade. Right next to septa station that can basically take you to the city, airport, other suburbs within 30-45mins. The staff/manger is very friendly and prompt with their work. The property is kept clean at all times in and out. Of course to top that, the rent is the most reasonable that you can ever find around..
