  I would like to thank Cara at Castlewood Fields townhomes for helping myself and my wife find and design and brand new townhome. When we first meet Cara we sat down and explained that we needed first floor walk in living arrangements. She was very patient, thoughtful and understanding of our needs and knew exactly what we needed. She knew the exact house location we needed (a level driveway with little to know grade). She helped us choose beautiful options within the home and worked very closely with John (home project manager) as to special features we needed. The community is a very friendly beautiful walkable community. If you are considering moving please reach out to Cara as she is very knowledgeable, friendly and keeps you updated throughout the process. Once again thank you Cara!

  We started the process of buying our townhome in February, 2026 and closed in July. We worked with Cara through the build-purchase process. She was pleasant and helpful to us as we were making decisions and finalizing selections. Her availability was above & beyond and continued as needed even up to and after closing. She was an asset. We have been in our place for approximately 30 days. We are very happy with our home and the amenities in the community such as the pool & clubhouse. We have had a few issues/concerns as you would expect with a new build. The warranty team has been very responsive & have worked to address each of our concerns. The neighbors have all been great. It is a very friendly neighborhood.

  We started the process of building our townhome with Ryan Homes in February, with an expected completion at the end of August, and Cara has been amazing to work with from the very beginning. She helped us pick out all of our extras and made the whole process feel so much easier and less overwhelming. What really stands out is how attentive she is—she even checks in with us just to see if we have any questions, which we truly appreciate. Cara has made us feel confident and supported throughout this entire experience. We’re so grateful to be working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone building with Ryan Homes

  We stopped to see somebody else and were warmly greeted by Cara. We explained what we needed and she said the model we were in met that criteria and we were welcome to walk around. We did and it met and exceeded our expectations. We knew we were on new adventure and Cara expertly guided us and answered our every question or concern. So blessed we stopped and met Cara and excited to see our new completed home. Thank you Cara you were exactly who we needed to help us and appreciate your kindness, positivity and professionalism you have shown us. They are lucky to have you and so are we!
