Thoroughly enjoyed living in the heart of town and the Seville offered that with a wonderful location. Responsive staff as well. It has a cozy feel and offers a lot for its residents. Enjoyed my time living there!

I’ve been a renter for most of my life, having lived all over the East Coast. My husband and I moved into The Seville shortly after it opened in downtown Easton and stayed for 4 years. We were extremely happy there.
I’ve never been in a building that was better managed or cared for. The apartments are quiet and sound is well insulated. The location is fantastic - steps from the Easton Public Market, Quadrant Book Mart, the circle, the State Theater, the Karl Stirner Arts Trail, and more. All of the appliances were excellent and never caused us any issues. The building is pet friendly. Heating and cooling were highly reliable and power rarely went out. There is a rentable lounge space where you can host larger gatherings like parties or meetings. If not for the millennial allure of finally owning a home, I’m confident we would have enjoyed living there for years to come.
Many new apartment buildings have opened downtown since The Seville welcomed its first residents, but I think you would be hard pressed to find a better place to live. If you are considering moving to downtown Easton, I highly recommend this building.

The Seville has been a great home. It's quiet with nice neighbors!
The Seville is a fantastic building to live in, right in the heart of downtown Easton. We lived there for four years, and never once had an issue that wasn’t dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Management does a great job keeping the building clean and are quick to respond to whatever you may need. Any repair requests to your rental unit are responded to and taken care of with great speed and care. The building is also brand new as of 2022, so you’ll have a newer feel to your living space versus a lot of other options in the downtown Easton area.
The community within the building is also top notch, and you really get to know your neighbors through awesome events that are put together monthly. They can range from excursions to local restaurants, holiday parties, or local businesses will pop in to teach you about their company. There is a gym, a huge common room, a patio complete with a fire pit and huge grill. You’re right in the thick of things when it comes to all the events held in Easton as well, which includes too many to name in this post. If you live here, I can promise you, you’ll never be bored.
If you make The Seville your home, you’ll have made an excellent choice.

The Seville is my first experience living in an apartment, and it has set the standards high. Matt Callahan is a wonderful property manager and so personable. The apartment building itself is up to par with weekly cleanings and maintenance. Personal maintenance requests are taken care of within very reasonable timely manners. They are on top of it! There is also plenty of planned resident activities within our building. Downtown Easton a prime location to live in currently, but specifically the Seville apartments!
