  I had such a wonderful experience touring The Confluence, and Riya made all the difference! She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. She took the time to explain everything and helped me think through my options without ever making me feel pressured. By the end of the tour, she had me completely convinced that The Confluence is where I want to be. Riya was truly a pleasure, and she made the entire experience feel exciting and comfortable.   I just moved in recently and I am satisfied with the service and the apartment. The management, especially Meagan was super helpful all the time and was understanding. Rest of the team was also very helpful.

  I happened across The Confluence totally by accident a few months ago - what a fantastic surprise! I moved in a few weeks ago and have not been disappointed. The leasing staff, especially Dominique, have been there every step - questions, concerns, confusion - they helped me with all of it! The building, apartment and amenities are top notch! I could not be happier making The Confluence my new home!

  I strongly advise against renting these apartments. My friend was brutally assaulted by a resident of the adjacent apartment complex, Marquis. To make matters worse, the manager who oversees both buildings was completely unresponsive and unhelpful in any way.
