  Beautiful experience!!!!! The apartments are nice, not as spacious as I’d like, but I love how it separates the bedrooms. It’s like each bedroom has its own living quarters. The building itself is huge along with all the fabulous amenities. Not a fan of the Street parking, but can pay for garage parking, one car fee monthly, $75.

  The building is very beautiful. It has the outside seating grills the rooftops all the amenities is beautiful. The apartments are very spacious. They did not chop them up.

  I will strongly recommend for anyone to save their money and try to rent elsewhere. These apartments have a lot of issues since they opened, primarily the electricity, the breakers keep tripping randomly, the ac units barely work and once fixed they keep breaking, parking is limited, multiple residents have complained about the trash situation where the third floor has to put up with strong smells coming from the trash room since it doesn’t get picked up on a schedule. We had really big expectations after touring this place and 2 months in we can’t wait for the lease to end.

  I had such a wonderful experience touring The Confluence, and Riya made all the difference! She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. She took the time to explain everything and helped me think through my options without ever making me feel pressured. By the end of the tour, she had me completely convinced that The Confluence is where I want to be. Riya was truly a pleasure, and she made the entire experience feel exciting and comfortable.
