Plus they don’t always cut the grass, so that should be a credit to the account. On top of that you are charging Affordable Housing the same amount as normal homes that are two times plus bigger than our homes, our two homes together are not even as big as one of the big homes. Just my honest opinion. Thank you

I've contacted my property manager by email several times, left VM several times and sent a formal letter with copies of the cancelled checks to her. I still do not have a refund check. I hope a supervisor in this office sees this message and will investigate why it is taking so long to resolve the issue.

Anytime I've had a question, Sherri or Beth has gotten back to me quickly with the information I needed. They're easy to work with, communicate well, and always keep me updated. I've submitted couple of Architectural Review requests, and they've always been processed much faster than I expected. The whole process has been straightforward, and I always knew where things stood. Managing a community isn't an easy job, and I know they probably don't hear "thank you" very often. I just wanted to recognize the effort they put in every day. I appreciate everything Sherri and Beth do to make Charlestowne Community a great place to live.
