  Our experience with Ryan has been very good Nick Muzzi did a fantastic job during the building process fantastic with communication and sharing photos of the progress and just a genuinely nice person representing Ryan. Always there when I had any kind of a question and believe me I had plenty of them. All of the sales staff and we met with many of them, Patrick Shane, Michelle at the model were very helpful and great people to deal with. They made the buying process very seamless. Ryan offers some great options That are mostly included in your price of your home. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because we never get a chance to use our dishwasher. It was supposedly ran before we bought the house, but we never used it for a week or so after we moved in and it never worked. When we went to Ryan, they told us we had to go through the manufacturer GE after waiting about two weeks to get a new control board and then another week for someone to come put it in, we were not happy with that. We felt that Ryan should have just gave us a new dishwasher and dealt with the nonworking one through their appliance distributor. Otherwise, we love the house and we love the community. We think it’s going to be great place to live for our golden years.

From our initial meeting all the way through the pre-settlement orientation, Nick was a fantastic communicator who kept us fully advised at every stage. He was a great listener and continually went out of his way to accommodate requests from both myself and my clients. He gave us a realistic timeline from day one and ended up delivering the home ahead of schedule, which my buyers truly appreciated. The home is exceptionally well-built with wonderful quality finishes. My clients have been moved in for two months now and absolutely love their new home. Best of all, Nick has stayed in touch even after settlement to make sure everything is going smoothly. Ryan Homes is incredibly lucky to have him on their team!

  Terrible worksmanship, terrible work, terrible materials. Look up what actual homebuyers say about them online! Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible work.

  So far our experience with Ryan homes has been all positive. Everyone has been so supportive of the whole process. Honestly Michelle is probably the main reason we are buying a Ryan home. She is wonderful!!!!
