She is so well versed on the properties and has been a great asset assisting us with our purchase decisions. This was the quickest purchase we have ever made. We have built 2 homes in the past so we knew what we were looking for and Melissa made the process simple. NV makes a quality home. We are looking forward to our new home in a great community.
- SLScott LeshkoJul 1, 20265.0I must admit that I was apprehensive about embracing a 55+ community, but by chance, I happened to stop by the model home. I was completely floored by the size and quality of the home, and how Melissa went out of her way to be a true consultant rather than a pushy sales rep. The short of it is that I signed a contract to build with NVHomes. Although it's early in the process, I can say that my experience has been over the top. It will be hard to let go of the large home where we raised our family, but I am excited for the next frontier, and I truly feel NVHomes has my back. Melissa was not only a knowledgeable expert, but she never just said "no" like the builder of our current home did. Instead, she simply stated, "Let's see if we can find a solution that gets the job done"—and so far, so good. She even went out of her way to introduce me to the construction team lead, Jack, who was professional and transparent in a way I haven't experienced even when building our third home. I highly recommend taking a look for yourself. Something tells me you will sign on the line that is dotted as well. :)
