  I just wanna say I love this apartment complex. The maintenance people here are great my cabinet door broke. I called at 10 o’clock this morning and it was fixed by the time. I got home from work today all the same day. Great job to the maintenance people.

  Neighbors are very inconsiderate of others. Slamming doors constantly, children running around the hallways and stairs as though its their playgtound. People allowing family to stay here for over a week if not longer. Trash laid around all the trash and recycling dumpsters. Dog poop all over all the buildings because no one picks up their dog poop. Smoking weed in the apartments, cooking nasty smelly foods all the time that the halls smell and travel into apartments. Trash bags left in the halls for hours that smell. Units using more than 2 parking spots. Loud disturbances all night way past noise ordinance hours. 1am, 3am no consideration. They say you have to make 3 times the rent in a month and I know for a fact one of the tenants doesnt make that. Also having "visitors" here such as 3 to 5 people extra in these 1 bedroom units. They are never put on the lease and don't have a problem saying it. Because no matter what, we all call the office to complain about no one cares here. I could go on an on. Ive just held this in for a long time and have been pushed to my point. I know several people who live or have lived here. So this is complaints for many tenants.

  I have lived at Glen hollow for 8 months. I’ve had multiple sewage leaks from my upstairs neighbor that have caused damage to my bathroom making it unusable for days. I’ve lost a few 100$ worth of toiletries and clothes. The first time it occurred I paid 1600$ to have the bathroom professionally cleaned and I was told I would be reimbursed but I wasn’t. It happened again while I was out of town this week and they did a minimal amount of cleaning. The machine in the photo is an air mover, it heats the room and then blows the evaporated air around the apartment. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT HOW this should be done. It needs a dehumidifier not an air mover. The air mover is spreading the containments rather than collecting them. Living here has been a nightmare, I would not recommend to anyone. I am contacting a lawyer to get out of the remainder of my lease. My apartment smells like sewage and all the drywall in the bathroom is saturated with sewage and should be removed. I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE!!!
