I visited Berkley Manor to learn more about their property and was so happy with the assistance I received. Jessica at the front desk was warm and friendly and took time to assist me in any way she could. Jennifer, the office manager, was additionally extremely helpful, suggesting solutions and resources that would fit my situation. Very positively impressed with my tour, the prices, staff, and how clean and pretty the grounds are. Also love that they are dog friendly!

I have really enjoyed my stay at Berkley Manor. My apartment was so nice. Spacious with the high ceilings, fireplace, washer and dryer. I really appreciated not having to go to the laundromat. The staff has been awesome. The new manager Jessica has been so helpful and patient. Jennifer is so kind. They both are eager to listen to any concerns you have and offer their advice. I have not had any problems since I have been here. The maintenance guys are super too. Don, Andrew. And Michael. Always quick to fix any issues you have and always with a smile. Great place to live, work and play. Met some great people at the pool.

I lived at this complex for two years, and unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. Prospective renters should be aware of several recurring issues before signing a lease here:
Overpriced Renewals for Aging Units: The main reason I decided to move was the aggressive renewal increase. The new rate they offered was so high that for the exact same price, I was able to move into a brand-new apartment complex built in 2026, whereas this building was constructed in 2004 and lacks modern upgrades.
Persistent Maintenance Leaks & High Turnover: During both winters I spent here, I experienced water leaks coming from the floor above. Maintenance response times were consistently delayed, likely driven by the constant high turnover in both office and maintenance staff.
Poor Soundproofing: Noise transmission between floors is significant—you can clearly hear virtually every footstep and movement from neighbors upstairs.
Zero Flexibility: When I faced unforeseen circumstances near the end of my lease and requested a brief extension of just a few days, management refused to cooperate. Instead, they demanded a month-to-month rate that was over 50% higher than my standard monthly rent.
Unreasonable Move-Out Fees: Upon moving out, I was hit with ticky-tack charges, including a $100 "damage fee" simply because the cleaning wasn't deemed absolute perfection—despite leaving the unit in good, clean condition.
Overall, given the structural issues, revolving door of staff, rigid management, and unfair charges at move-out, the price tag simply doesn't match the quality. You can find much better value and newer construction elsewhere in the area.

Jennifer was the leasing agent who gave us a tour for a 3 bedroom Appartment. She was kind, compassionate and very honest. This property is located in a good area with grocery , restaurants and good schools. Thanks Jennifer
