Thank you so much Geoff (maintenance). You are a one man maintenance wonder! You always come through for us and I'm grateful. With this winter storm, getting my car out would have been impossible by myself. That's just the most recent thing. I can always count on you when I need something done in my unit. Thank you again for all of your hard work

My children and I moved into the complex in February 2021, and I have seen the complex go through some major and welcomed changes since the new owners and management team. It is really nice to finally see the complex getting love, attention and care it deserves! The renovations and upgrade have been top notch so far they updated the pool area with new furniture, a grill and new doors on all the buildings and they are just getting started! I really enjoy living here, there is a whole new energy and vibe which is very refreshing!

I moved into Wynnwood at the end of April of this year. Office management made the process quick and easy. The staff is friendly and accommodating, easy to speak with regarding issues, and any maintenance issues are addressed timely. Great place for kids, there are a lot of families living here and the neighborhood is lively, without being disruptive. The units are nicely updated and have great space. We are very happy here!

I was a tenant when Wynwood took over for Cranberry Pointe. The new company never communicated any information. They never communicated that they shut down the online portal to pay rent and expected in person checks. I work during bank hours. Not to mention, I don't know the office hours because the new management changed them and don't have them posted anywhere. Every time I stopped by to drop off a check, the office was closed. The staff I spoke with threatened to evict us even though THEY never communicated how to pay the rent. The staff was very hostile and rude. The new management is being rude to the prior tenants of Cranberry Pointe because they want us out. They're raising rent to insane prices while ours stays $1,000 cheaper. Theyre're trying to make these townhouses upscale but Cranberry has sooo many luxury townhouses. They're taking away from one of the few affordable housing options in the area.

I love this place. The renovations are amazing and it really seems like the new management has committed to making Wynnwood a great place to live. I met a member of the new team, Ashley Malec, and she was a delight and I got the impression she knows her stuff. It's wonderful to see all the positive change!
