  I lived there for a little over 5 yrs and the facility continously went down hill. The maintenance became very scattered and the management changed hands three times. The amenities were ridiculously not taken care of and the rats are everywhere near the dumpster. The units are very outdated. I had a storage unit that was on the property that was not treated for mice,bugs and all of my contents were loaded with mouse droppings and dampness. They responded that they are not responsible for items in storage, but the storage is on their property. They charge each tenant extra monthly fees for an exterminater so this should not have been issue. In addition the mold in the unit was off the chart. The dishwasher had constant mold. The maintenance guy came and sprayed the inside as a solution. It grew back in a few days. Please see the pictures of the shower. They responded with it is from taking long showers. I have never had mold from a shower. Maybe the venting, fan is an issue. The police are there about three times a week for domestic matters. Supposedly they do a criminal check on new tenants. The security gates never worked, which was important as I am a single mother. When I moved out they were telling me I owed them for breaking the lease, but would not address my loss in the storage unit. Ventana Hills was a nice facility five/six years ago. They want to charge high rates, but they are not at the level other apartment facilities are at. The management is useless as well as the maintence. Be aware that you can go to a new complex that is updated, good maintenance, and a professional management office. Im so happy Ventana Hills is behind me.

  I've been living here for a few months now and love the place. It's a quiet and serene place, with several great amenities. The staff are friendly and always quick to be helpful. I would recommend Ventana Hills to anyone looking for a place to live.

  It was a quick walk-in visitation seeking for a short-term apartment and Ariel showed us the actual apartment with detailed explanation. Even a sales person like me was sold immediately with her kindness with a charm on top of her beautiful smile. We ended up signing an agreement swiftly even though we had to go through a few minor issue of our own. After moving in, we liked the apartment even more so with very quiet, calm, and friendly neighborhood compared to their huge complex. Parking is easy and in-and-out access is super convenient. Although we haven't used pool and fitness yet but I see and hear kids' giggle in the pool whenever I go to see the management office. Location is a big plus as IKEA, Costco, Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Banks, Mall, Giant Eagle, Texas Roadhouse, Outback, and lots of restaurants with fast-food chains are all clustered within 10 min. drive. And, besides Ariel’s awesome support, I would like to mention, Zach, manager, was super helpful for various occasions as well. At the end of the day, I highly recommend Ventana Hills especially to those who are looking for quite and nice neighborhood in convenient Coraopolis area along with excellent management team.~^^
