  If you are looking for a place to live, please consider this your sign to look elsewhere. There are many nice properties in the area that will value your tenancy. The property manager, Tara, is extremely rude and condescending. Rarely do you experience someone so miserable for no real reason. I encourage you to read some more reviews, others will be happy to tell you the same. The staff around her are friendly, but unfortunately (and rightfully so) they quit and move on quickly. It is understandable why. Not all is bad - the maintence are friendly and hardworking gentleman. I hope you all find a place that appreciates you. You lost many good, reasonable tenants this same way and if I can save one more person from her, I’ll consider this worthwhile. Shame on you Jones Street for not taking ownership of your manager. I don’t know how many times you’ll need to read the same message. This will only continue until you do what is necessary.

  We recently moved to Riverwalk, and so far we’ve had a wonderful experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, the walking trail by the river, and all the amenities. It already feels like home for our family. A special thank you to Jacqueline for making our move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional from the very beginning. She answered all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and was always willing to help whenever we needed assistance. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference. We’re very happy with our decision to move to Riverwalk and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Lived here for 4 years. My experience was pretty good. The maintenance people are very friendly and respond to requests very quickly for your unit. Additionally, I have met a lot of young people in this community, and if you are in your 20s/30s, this community is a great spot to meet people around the same age. On the negative side, there are many problems that go ignored or have not been fixed such as the garage door being broken for months as well as elevators and elevator buttons being broken. These issues seem like they would take very short to fix but end up persisting over months without any communication about a timeline for a fix. The reason that I decided to move out was because my rent was going to be a similar price as to what I can pay at a more modern apartment complex nearby. My unit is an unrenovated 1 bed/bath unit with old appliances, and the rent was going to be around $2100. A price that I was able to find for a much nicer unit at a different apartment complex. All that said, I did enjoy my 4 years at Riverwalk. Great location for the train station and running/biking on the SRT.

  I had a wonderful experience with Jacqueline. She called me this morning after I left a message yesterday evening. She was concise but very informative and I even complimented her on the consultative approach. She obviously knew her stuff and I was very surprised to find out that she had only been there for two weeks. She was good with the rapport and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and again, I was incredibly surprised to hear that she was only there for two weeks. This made me even more interested in taking a look at Riverwalk, particularly given the service and value that she provided from my first interaction. It goes a long way thanks so much, we need more people like Jacqueline.

  I spoke with Jacqueline in the leasing office and was pleasantly surprised at her willingness to help me. There is new management here I assume, happy to finally have a great staff onsite.
