  The customer service provided by everyone at the auction hall is second to none. They are knowledgeable, flexible and will assist the buyer on any request. I have dealt with them for the last 35-40 years and would strongly recommend them for either a seller or a buyer.

  Roans handled our online Estate Auction and it was a great experience from beginning to end! They are thorough, organized, knowledgeable, kind and very easy to deal with. There was open communication and if we had questions they were always prompt with responses. They are fully engaged until the last detail is settled - you can be 100% confident in their abilities and professionalism! I highly recommend and can't give them enough praise!
