Sterling Property Management, Inc. established in 1989, provides property management for apartment complexes, individual owners of residential homes, commercial office and retail buildings as well as storage facilities. The President of Sterling Property Management, Inc. is an experienced real estate broker and has been a member of the Association of Realtors since 1986. We manage properties in Cumberland, Franklin, Perry, Dauphin and York Counties. Our office staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and our maintenance staff is on call and available for 24-hour emergency maintenance service. We presently manage and represent approximately 700 units.
