These people do NOT care about you. Our HVAC system decided to break one year after our home being built. During an extreme heatwave warning btw. We had faith that given we are under warranty they will take care of us relatively quickly. NOPE! For starters is completely impossible to get ahold of anyone. When we finally get ahold of someone they tell us basically submit a ticket and wait, it could take 3 days to hear back. We contacted the old warranty manager who no longer works here which we were not notified about. He was kind enough to respond and give us the new warranty managers number. The new warranty manager did not help at all couldn’t even give us a phone call back, texted us and told us to wait til we hear back from premiere heating and cooling which we could not get ahold of. All to say Ryan homes DID NOTHING TO HELP at this point. We took it upon ourselves to contact other local HVAC companies someone came out and told us our problem was not normal and should not happen to a brand new home. Unfortunately we could not afford their services so we go back to who our warranty is through and keep trying to get help. Meanwhile my husband is also still contacting Ryan Homes Customer Care (ironic cause they don’t care) to see if maybe they can get ahold of premiere heating and cooling to come out. We were so DESPERATE at this point. Our house was 93 degrees, we have someone with a medical condition living in our home, and unfortunately we do not have the means right now to go to a hotel or buy an AC unit. We were not expecting this to happen to a one year old home. Customer Care repeatedly told us “ITS NOT AN EMERGENCY AND FIND OTHER MEANS TO STAY COOL”. Multiple times this was said to us even after explaining our situation and why this is an emergency to us. It’s absolutely shameful how they have handled this whole situation. We are currently 1 week without AC thankfully (after a few days into suffering the heat and genuinely thinking one of our family members were going to be seriously medically impacted from this) we had a generous family member let us borrow money to buy an AC unit. If it weren’t for them idk how we would have made it through. We are so frustrated to know our electric bill is going to go up now and we have to spend even more money due to this AC unit which we should not have to do. For a year old home?? This is 100% Ryan Homes responsibility and they failed. Still waiting for our HVAC to be fixed but I would not recommend buying a Ryan Home you will be met with headache and people who don’t care. It’s so unfortunate because we do love our home but this genuinely left the worst taste in our mouths.

Bridgett made the experience of buying our townhouse so smooth and enjoyable. She is incredibly professional and a pleasure to interact with. She was filled with helpful tips and tricks to maximize value and generally was very helpful with suggestions when we asked them
of her. Very excited to build in this development. You get a lot of bang for your buck.
