Apartments are nice- once you’re there for more than 3 years everything starts breaking. Office staff is incompetent, they are nice enough but shouldn’t be managing a property with their lack of people skills and clear lack of management knowledge and experience. Tried to inspect my apartment a month before I moved out. I’ve never heard of this in my life. Now my old neighbors are getting letters that they have to be inspected 6 months before their renewal. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard and to start implementing it without notice is also absurd. Don’t waste your time and money. It was great when I needed to move out and find a place quickly but I wouldn’t recommend it to an enemy. Also- the good reviews are mostly BS. They offer an incentive from time to time for posting a positive review.

Under horrible management. They tickle and dime you every chance they can and have a lot of hidden fees when you leave the apartment and no I wasn't kicked out I lived there over 4 years and left when I bought the house

I came here after my previous housing plans fell through last minute and the Property manager Amanda Szewczyk took such great care of us that I signed a 2-year lease after the tour. Beautiful community and wonderful staff.
