  I would give GLM about 3 stars. The buying experience and building experience was great. Jake was great. After you move in, is a different story. The things that we were sold.. like a walking path around the community, etc will not come true. The home is average, a lot of things could be improved including quality of the home and frequent warranty visits, including multiple cracks in the foundation. The warranty process is like pulling teeth and fighting to get things fixed. Best of luck with your lawn, the landscaping is so below average prepare to replace trees and your lawn will take a lot of money and work to stay alive. Also BEWARE of the water bills. If you’re a family of 2, expect to pay at least $200 a month, which is outrageous. The HOA/Developer is non-existent to the point where it truly looks like no one ensures that everyone takes care of the community and things match. When you email, you barely get a response and when you do it’s not usually helpful. Also the constant construction and noise, never stops. Except for Sunday. Oh yeah get ready for the blasting in your backyard.. at least this time we were made aware. We love our home, but really expected more especially for the price paid. Buyers do your due diligence, talk with some neighbors to find out more about the community before making an investment.

  Part of the neighborhood is under construction. There's two managers. The manager named Jacob is very professional. The lady named Jordan probably should be kept away from the public.

  We have had the pleasure of working with Josephine Minnaugh (Sr. Sales Representative) in this community, and our experience has been exceptional. Josephine has been honest, dedicated, and diligent throughout the entire process. She is truly the main reason we decided to move forward with building a home in this neighborhood. Building a house is a major decision, and we were looking for a builder and especially a salesperson we could trust. Josephine has consistently gone above and beyond to meet our expectations. She is a tremendous asset to Ryan Homes, demonstrating a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to her clients. We are genuinely happy with our experience and feel we are in very good hands.   As a first-time homebuyer, the process went nice and smoothly, and they were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! I highly recommend Ann Haggerty and Stormy Davis as sales representatives, Jake Olah as the project manager, Amy Burhans as the loan officer, and every other staff member I worked with during the entire house purchase process.
