  I really love the apartment in this community I have, as well as the community itself. Everyone here is so lovely and kind, especially Amanda and Bob. The community is decently sized and is great for taking daily walks. All the neighbors are friendly with one another and the landlord is quick to reply with any issues that you have!

  All around a lovely place to live. Very well kept, and Bob and Amanda are always amazing! I’ve recommended this community to a few people already and would continue to do so!

  I went for my tour today and I am so excited to sign my lease and move into my new home. I was paying the same amount for a Studio Apartment which the grounds are not maintained nor the actual Apartment it's self the main feature was having just enough space to actually turn around in. Springhouse Communities is beautiful community within a community. The apartments are roomy & well designed. The staff person/tour guide Ben was patient easy to understand and answered all my questions and concerns. I had to get picked up by Uber Driver and while I was waiting at the main office 2 of the community residents ask if I needed a ride. I definitely want my dog Roberto and myself to be a productive member of this community.

  I have lived in a townhouse at Springhouse for almost a year and a half and have really enjoyed my time here. It is a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. The staff are also very quick to provide help and assistance when needed. I have not had any real complaints about living here. Would definitely recommend!

  Springhouse is great. Mary is terrific and always responds to requests promptly with kindness. Kevin always responds quickly too. We appreciate them.
