  We were on a tight timeline to move and Jason was so helpful! He helped us to quickly narrow down an area and gave us great feedback on the homes we viewed. We were also not local and he made himself available when we were able to come up. We would definitely recommend him!

  Working with Jason was a pleasure. He always had time for us, be it answering the most mundane question, walking me through the disclosure form, or constantly communicating with us as the selling process moved forward. Additionally, Jason knew the market and priced our home accurately. Our selling price was significantly higher than the asking price. We are very relieved that we don't have to sell a home again but if we did we'd surely contact Jason.

  Jason was truly above and beyond anything we could have asked for in a Realtor. For one thing, he lives and breathes real estate. Having grown up in the business, and even gone a step beyond to host his own podcast, Jason is the best person to guide new homeowners through today’s competitive market. His knowledgeability was not only evident, but he also easily translated the technical details to us, so we could appreciate the finer details of what we were seeing in a home. It honestly felt like we had an inspector looking at the homes with us - that’s the level of expertise Jason brought to each site visit. We had many unique aspects to our home buying process, from car trouble to multiple lines of communication to limited availability, and Jason navigated it all with such ease and grace. I’m not sure many people could make the home buying process fun in this market, and yet, Jason was exactly the guy to make the whole experience enjoyable! You can tell Jason is universally loved because everywhere we went, the other realtors recognized him and seemed inclined to offer us some unique opportunities purely because Jason was our realtor. Jason treats you like family, and that’s probably the reason my whole family has trusted him to help us find our forever homes.

  Jason was immensely helpful and proactive through every step of my parents move. We had a lot of indecision as a family to start and he rolled with our changes like a pro! When we finally aligned he helped advise and direct us through the selling process and got us multiple offers a and helped select a great buyer. We settled today with no issues! Highly recommended! Referred a colleague to him who also was thrilled and is now under contract. Great strategy, fairness, ethical and honest dealings. A true professional!
