- AKAjay KanakamedalaApr 14, 20261.0We had multiple issues while living here. The building has issues with package delivery and the delivery services getting into the building, so we had multiple packages left outside the building on the sidewalk, and we had a package stolen unfortunately. Have had multiple issues with management as well. The apartments themselves are relatively new and have nice finishes but had multiple issues with shoddy craftsmanship (e.g. the kitchen counter caulking started wearing away within a month of living there) and then when we moved out, we were charged a $250 cleaning fee and they sent us pictures of dust on the floor and the sink caulking being worn out as examples of why we were being charged extra even though we actually cleaned the apartment. There is also a lot of noise at night.
