  Very overpriced place for the lack of amenities. There is one large, shared lounge that the workers of the building use essentially all day during work hours. The maintenance people and ladies that work the office use the lounge to hold their own meetings. However, residents are being charged an "amenities fee" which seems very unfair. Don't expect reliable responses from the staff via email, they will never get back to you because they're very slow to respond. I have friends who live in Madison Farms in Easton and it sounds so much better and fairer priced. Not to mention parking is free there.

  The worst apartment complex. Things just stop working such as the sink, tub and door hinges. Bathroom and kitchen sink got clogged 6 months into living in the apartment. Tub also gets clogged easily. Maintenance takes at least a week to two weeks to fix issues. I would give 0 stars, however, Google doesn’t allow that.

  This place is very noisy. Do not move here. The area is not safe and the building is dirty. Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived

  Lived here a year and absolutely hated it. Management is rude and condescending (especially the French girl). Noise is constant. The building the fragile and feels like it’s made of glass! Freezing in winter and torching in summer. There’s really nothing good about this place. Stay away
