Terrible experience. The locks on the doors never work properly and I asked people to come fix it 3 different times, and I still could never easily enter the apartment. The staff is basically unreachable -- I tried calling them 8 different times during business hours over the course of a few days and no one picked up the phone. You can also try email and their portal but they never get back to you. Not to mention they OVERCHARGED me one month roughly $1,800 and they couldn't provide any valid justification for that. The outdoor space near the grill is inaccessible very often due to their gate not working properly. Another "amenity" that they charge you without making accessible is the roof. After the 510 fire they closed the rooftop terrace without any timeline or communication really at all to the residents. Very disappointing.
I’d give 0 stars if possible. I didn’t think jt was possible to hear your neighbors sneeze but in this apartment complex, it is. Not only that, there’s a guaranteed nightly occurrence of loud cars drag racing on 3rd street in the summer and fall time. On top of that, people that are parking for wingstop or insomnia cookies usually have loud bass boosted music blasting which come in right through the closed apartment street window. You’ll have to just accept it, as these restaurants close at 2am. There is no recourse for random people on the street blasting music in the late night. Good luck if you have work next morning! Then a model train from the museum blowing its horn nonstop on select Saturday mornings ensures you’ll be disturbed on the weekends too.
Underpowered ac units will leave you hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I’ve had my ac unit replaced no less than 4 times both in the summer and winter. Not only that, it also took well over a few weeks to have my heater/ac unit replaced in the dead of winter where they left me with a small mobile heater. Terribly put together apartments, things break all the time. Maintenance are great guys and do what they can with these terribly put together units. Things break all the time. If you look at the wall funny, it’ll rip off the cheap paint.
On top of that, paying over $50 to park is insane, when the same lot has an odor of marijuana wafting through from the wingstop and insomnia cookies customers. I’ve twice caught people looking in car windows.

Very overpriced place for the lack of amenities. There is one large, shared lounge that the workers of the building use essentially all day during work hours. The maintenance people and ladies that work the office use the lounge to hold their own meetings. However, residents are being charged an "amenities fee" which seems very unfair. Don't expect reliable responses from the staff via email, they will never get back to you because they're very slow to respond. I have friends who live in Madison Farms in Easton and it sounds so much better and fairer priced. Not to mention parking is free there.

The worst apartment complex. Things just stop working such as the sink, tub and door hinges. Bathroom and kitchen sink got clogged 6 months into living in the apartment. Tub also gets clogged easily. Maintenance takes at least a week to two weeks to fix issues. I would give 0 stars, however, Google doesn’t allow that.
