  I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I cannot wait to move out of here. This place is absolutely disgusting. We have had an ongoing leak that they have come out twice now to fix. The work order was labeled as "complete" both times and the leak is still happening. I reached out a third time two weeks ago with still no one came out to fix it. I woke up this morning to yet another saturated carpet and belongings. The whole entire place needs demolished and re-done. And by that I mean the whole entirety of Townhomes at Gateway. The neighbors smoke weed and throw trash anywhere. It's absolutely disgusting. We now have black mold in our unit because of this leak. Who knows how long it's been going on. The parking is atrocious as well. I would not recommend that ANYONE rents from here. It's ridiculously expensive and you definitely don't get what you pay for. 0/5 stars for me.

  Update 2: Honest assessment. First for the positive: Aliya and Tamara are excellent representatives and go above and beyond to help. Also, the maintenance guys are wonderful! Quick to respond and repair what is in their scope of expertise. However, my townhome is terribly outdated. Townhomes at Gateway advertise “renovated” townhomes, but that is simply untrue. The kitchens have new cabinetry and updated appliances (no garbage disposals), the bathrooms have updated tiles and fixtures, and I do have a newer vinyl floor downstairs. Everything else is original, just with multiple layers of paint masking the real age. My front door alone has had 3 lock replacements, and just layers of paint over the locks. My unit is also across from the dumpster, flies are always in my house because there are no screen doors. Besides cosmetic deficiencies, like old fencing and siding, my biggest disappointment is the “central air”, the HVAC unit, if not original, is decades old. The townhome will not cool below 72-75 degrees and I shudder thinking about the excessively high electric bill I’m going to get at the end of the month. My “air” runs non stop and doesn’t cool the home at all. Upstairs is even worse, it hovers around 80 degrees. I’ve made 2-3 complaints since moving in a week ago. The maintenance team came right out, cleaned the unit but it still doesn’t blow cold air. I’m told “that’s just the way it is.” 75 degrees and air running non-stop is just not acceptable. I’m just terribly disappointed by the overall condition of these townhomes. For over $2600 per month, I expect air conditioning that works, a garbage disposal, nicer fencing and actual renovations. Maybe I’m being unreasonable but I’m going to visit other townhome communities this week. Maybe they’re all like this. I’ll update as things change. Update 1: feeling disappointed. Just moved in and air conditioner didn’t work. Just changed the thermostat batteries and hoping that’s the problem. Additionally, shower/tub faucet is broken. Will submit maintenance request as soon as I get back to my house and retrieve the account set up paperwork. Lastly, neighbors seem sloppy, throwing trash bags outside the dumpsters. This was surprising because I felt like the management company had a rigorous vetting/application process. Hopefully, after the maintenance issues are resolved, it is a quiet place to live. Will update again after we’re settled in. The ladies at the front desk are amazing! Easy to work with and efficient. I haven’t moved in yet but will update this review with compliments and disappointments after I do.

  I’m not gonna give it a four star because the pictures are clearly not what is where I’m living right now. I’m not happy with living here at all. I have loud neighbors what else is wrong with this place right? I will definitely be looking for another place to live on my lease is up. The only good thing about this is the maintenance staff. This is gotta be one of the worst places I’ve ever moved into when it rains. Water just comes in through the front of my door and the sliding door. I would never recommend this place to anybody. What a big headache. I am so disappointed.
