- BHBradlee D HallMay 7, 20261.0Absolute filth and degeneracy. The entire complex reeks of pot at all times and they do nothing about it. Regularly they have disruptive neighbors that have the cops called on them. They send email blasts about children running around unsupervised and stealing. The complex is rat infested and improperly insulated. The rent is hiked up to unreasonable levels regularly and I have had a heating bill over $600. The front office is the rudest and most unavailable I have ever dealt with. Absolute trash. DO NOT RENT HERE
- AWAlyssa WanamakerApr 28, 20261.0Not great for the price you’re paying. Car got egged, they have a camera directly across from where it happened but said they don’t. Don’t know how that works. Really confused on that. Have been no help and someone also keyed/scratched the car as well. They have been extremely unresponsive on this issue it’s concerning. When we moved in the place was disgusting, stains all over the carpets and just looked like it wasn’t cleaned beforehand. Spent hours deep cleaning it. The HVAC unit is like half outside the unit so your electric bill will be insane also because it can never stay the temp you set it to. Just poorly built unfortunately. I don’t like posting negative reviews but if you’re going to live here you should definitely be extremely weary.
