My family lived at Penn Crest Luxury Apartments for Some time and we had a great experience, from neighbors, to staff, and the area was just a positive experience. The appliances were modern and apartment was nice and clean when we received it. Staff is informative on things going on in the area and apartment updates. Definitely recommend Penn Crest Apartments.
I was a resident at Penn Crest Gardens Luxury Apts for 1yr and loved it. The 2bdrm apt I lived in was spacious with lots of closet storage. They have washer and dryers on each floor, which was very convenient. There is storage section and locker in the hallways, which came in handy for storing seasonal items and decorations.
A nice playground for children, huge inground pool, and a little doggie park. There are benches set up in different areas of the apts. The neighborhood is really nice and you will regularly see people walking their dogs, jogging, playing with their children in the grass. Most of my neighbors I would say kept to themselves but if you did talk to them, they were always friendly. Office staff was just as friendly as well. Honestly, great place to live!

Our Penn Crest apartment home has been wonderful-so wonderful that we stayed for almost 10 years! The staff is very friendly and responds to any issues or problems quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is also incredible-they always answer a call and take care of whatever needs to be done with a smile. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and the grounds were always very well maintained. And the pool in the summer was just perfect! While we having decided to purchase a home, we will definitely miss Penn Crest.

Would of been convenient for our family to live here. We're are far from bad people, or would of been bad tenants. The reason for our application denial still is unclear as to why we weren't approved, however we did receive a letter as to where I can request a copy of the report, from what company the property management uses to determine your eligibilty. I requested a copy and still no response. Even though, they claim, their decision was unbias & undiscriminatory, with out directly providing a reason for denying my application, I don't feel that's true. I've never been evicted, my credit score is fair, no criminal record, and our combined income is 5 times the monthly rent. With that you end up feeling discriminated against. Still waiting for my copy of the report from the company they refer to verify your candidacy. I at least would like to review what was on there to maybe contest any false information. But in the end I did find a very beautiful place to move into, out side of Penn Crest and for that I am blessed. So moving on, to a community that doesn't discriminate.
