  Do not live here, had my upstairs neighbor try to break into mine and my neighbors apartment while drunk in JUNE it is now AUGUST, police were called and they handled it to an extent but he's still living directly above me causing issues and I DO NOT feel safe. I have contacted management about it and they haven't emailed me back or called me about it even once. Not to mention that but when we first applied to live here I had an appointment to view the apartment and absolutely no one was there at my appointment time, luckily we were able to find a maintenance man who let us view an apartment and by the time we were done there was still no one in the office. Oh and someone stole my son's scooter, went to the office and they were very nice and made it seem like they would genuinely look into it, every time I contacted them for an update and even tried telling them I had pictures of it for them, they had no idea what I was talking about and said they would get back to me, never got back to me and I did that about 3 times (Everytime they had no idea what I was talking about, said they would get back to me and NEVER did) until finally I decided to let the police handle it. But now it's been so long that they now might not even have the footage of it being stolen anymore.

  My experience with Lexus has been very disappointing. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve gone to the leasing office looking for assistance and have been turned away because she said she had “a lot to do.” I understand that leasing agents have responsibilities and work to complete, but assisting residents is also a fundamental part of the job. What makes it more frustrating is that I’ve gone to the office on weekends when Lexus was the only person there, and instead of receiving assistance, I was turned away. On other occasions, I’ve gone to the office and there hasn’t been anyone available at all. As a resident, it’s frustrating to make the effort to go to the office and not be able to get basic assistance. The other two leasing agents are consistently busy helping residents, answering questions, addressing concerns, and making sure tenants are taken care of. I appreciate the work they do, but it shouldn’t feel like residents have to specifically seek them out because they know they’ll actually receive help. Lexus needs to improve her responsiveness, communication, and willingness to assist residents. If a leasing agent is consistently too busy to help the residents who come into the office, it raises a legitimate question about whether the position is being handled at the standard tenants should expect. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that every leasing agent is held to the same standard of professionalism and customer service.
