  This place has gone through four management companies in the last two years.as I have watched the decline of this property in the last two years. The complex recently got a new management company and what a joke!!! The grounds have garbage blowing around the property the community garbage cans have been overflowing for the last two weeks. The stairwells are just plain nasty with food stains from residents throwing there garbage out with holes in the bags to leak all over, in hope the valet garbage company picks it up. The valet garbage company is a joke they only pick up Sunday through Thursday, so the residents stack there garbage outside for days on the weekend until it gets picked up Sunday night. So you have to look at garbage and smell it for two days before its picked up. I addressed all of my concerns with the manager and she did smiled and said yeah I see all the garbage and the issues but Im sorry we don't have a maintenance man. What no maintenance person for this decent size community! For the price of these apartments it should be clean and maintained! That's not asking much. Yes I live here now and been here since it has opened and I am so glad I'm out of here in December. Look elsewhere there are other options in Woodburn that are clean. And Tillian point management feal free to contact me i would love to walk the grounds with you and honestly give some pointers to get this place back to where it was a year ago.

  I rate them 1 star. I don’t recommend anyone moving here. When I sign the lease the Manager before the one the is office right now, she never mention the apartment had cockroach. Being the apartment after one month someone from insect service came to the apartment and they told us the apartments are infested with cockroaches. My family and I were very upset about the situation. Also want to mention, I shower my daughter late at night and my little one is only 3 years old, she cry’s while showering. A fact an hour later the manger call the cops same night, it was unnecessary reason for them to do the. My kids are well taken care. There days where I hear arguments with the manager and her partner and sometimes I would hear them being loud. I have no reason to get in there business or call the cops on them. I said what I said. I’m not sorry.

  I would recommend Tilian Point Apartments to anyone looking to move to Woodburn. My daughter and grandchildren live there and I have visited many times. The location is great! They are walking distance to the Woodburn Outlet Mall ans just a minute or so from the freeway. The complex has many nice amenities such as an outdoor barbecue area, a clubhouse, hammocks, cozy swinging chairs, a workout room even have planters boxes! I love that they have EV charging stations for my electric car at an adorable price. I live in Oregon City so always need a charge after getting there. My daughter has a three bedroom and it modern and bright inside. Her kitchen has plenty of cabinets, a decent size living room, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We have used the clubhouse a couple of times for parties and we had many compliments on the room. It’s a nicely decorated clubhouse with plenty of room for entertaining.
