  actually garbage service here. I thought it was nice until i saw the manager screaming at kids for doing things like: playing, having bikes out, kicking a ball. then it became them complaining about us USING THE OUTSIDE GRILL THEY ADVERTISE. the smoker problem is horrible and i saw multiple drug users getting evicted regularly.

  I had a great experience living at Sundial Apartments and would definitely give them five stars! The management team is wonderful. Kayden is incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to help. She was very supportive throughout my entire experience, from move-in all the way through move-out, always attentive, helping me find solutions, and making each step of the process as smooth as possible. I truly appreciated her support. The maintenance team is also excellent. Elliot, who is no longer part of the maintenance team, was always incredibly helpful, and the rest of the maintenance staff has been just as responsive and reliable. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, they would usually come by the same day or the next day and take care of the issue quickly. The entire community is very well maintained. My apartment was clean from the very first day, the pool and the gym are always clean, the landscaping and grass are regularly maintained, and the clubhouse is beautiful and always well kept. Overall, I was very happy living there and very satisfied with the service and care provided by the entire team. I would definitely recommend this community!

  I’ve lived in sundial with my family for about 5-6 years or so. Off top I can say it sucks that rent has increased over the years but the people in charge have gotten better over the years. The first manager we had wasn’t always the nicest and would have an attitude most days but the maintenance man Julian was great! Later down the road we got Kaden in office and she’s been nothing but kind. I really appreciate her always greeting me with that beautiful smile of hers whenever I go turn in the rent even if I’m getting there right as she’s about to close up. After Julian we had Elliot who was awesome and Jacob who was cool as well I really appreciated both of them. Very helpful! Jacob once gave my little brother 2 soccer jerseys after mentioning to him how much my little bother loved soccer, great guy. Apart from that it’s a nice calm place where kids play and make friends with each other, neighbors are nice, we got a nice pool and a good gym.
