  I've really enjoyed living here. The property is always clean, well taken care of, and feels like home. The front office staff is super friendly, professional, and always happy to help with questions or concerns. The maintenance tech is great. He is responsive and quick to handle repairs. Overall, it's a great community with excellent staff! I highly recommend it.

  I had a mild problem in my closet and within the windowsills when I lived in these apartments. There was a significant moisture problem in my unit (311). I moved out July of 2025 due to the mold issues not being fixed and received no response to my emails regarding the mold issues for two months. Prior to moving out I received emails that stated I would have to pay the lease termination fee even though I had movies out due to the mold. I tried contacting them via phone and email with no response and now the balance was sent to collections. They are completely ignoring me. Absolutely ridiculous.
