  Friendly staff, nice layouts. Different types of homes depending on size of property. Not very clear on the exteas or what is included. But depending on layouts seems like basics are ok. If you want somthing similar to the display house it cost more. Every thing almost is an upgrade extra. Nice appliances packages!

  I will never recommend Anybody to buy from Clayton Homes we’ve had nothing but problems with getting them to come fix things and when they do come fix them it has to be numerous times. They had to come fix settling cracks, three or four times. And we’ve called a couple times for them to come fix another one of the settling cracks that they fixed and they said they would call us back and it’s been weeks and we have not heard a single word. it is ridiculous and unprofessional. This was supposed to be an an amazing experience, buying a new home and it has been a total complete nightmare!
