  I first reached out to Clayton Homes in White City Oregon looking for a new mobile home for our grandson and great grandson. I was immediately contacted by Kenneth Outlaw. Ken was pleasant and professional. I later drove up to White City to meet with Ken and take a look at a mobile home on their site. It was great talking with Ken and learning about the home purchase process. While at the site I met with the site manager Chris Gerstner. He was also knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. We did make a home purchase and at that point we met Christine. A very pleasant person and knowledgeable about every single item through the purchase process. We are waiting on the fast manufacturing and delivery of our new home. The entire process with the White City team has been great. Thanks Mr. Kenneth Outlaw and the entire Clayton Homes White City team for making this new home purchase possible.

  Ken Outlaw at Clayton Homes is EXCEPTIONAL! I approached him to buy and build a manufactured home for my mom and he was the best. The process was clear and he took as much time as I needed to help me walk through the financing and build itself. Better still he had some really good ideas about how to maintain the home and why some floor plans work better than others. If you need a manufactured home and want to work with the BEST stop in or call Ken Outlaw at Clayton Homes.

  I purchased a Mr Hood model home from Clayton Homes in White City Or. My previous home, also a manufactured home, had burned after 24 years. Ken Outlaw was the salesman I dealt with and he made the entire event very enjoyable. The home arrived on time and was set up fairly quickly. There were few problems considering the distances involved. The problems I did experience were the factories responsibility. Ken and the dealership corrected the deficiencies in a very timely manner. I hope never have to buy another but if it were to become necessary I will definitely start with Clayton Homes and Ken Outlaw.
