As a couple who've been residents here for almost two years, we believe it's a great place to live. Most neighbors we've met are nice, and the park-like grounds are well-kept up. Office staff are pleasant and we found them very helpful when dealing with appliance replacements. Items were ordered pretty quick, and then were installed in a timely manner. Shout-out to Jack; he and other repairmen were professional, and very fast. This review wouldn't be complete without a mention of Jordan and Sugam. Throughout the process, they coordinated convenient return dates for us, and addressed all our questions. Rarely in our renting history have we encountered so smooth a transition, and it's very much appreciated. Happy Tenants~ October, 2026

Every company has a bright spot that balances out the darker shades. At PropM, Nadine is that bright spot. Always friendly, genuinely helpful, great follow-through, and responsive to my inputs. Nadine has been there to save the day on more than one occasion and I always look forward to working with her.

I've been with Prop M for many years now and they're great. I live in another state, and cannot manage my rental. To be honest, even if I lived in the same city, I wouldn't want to deal with all the headaches that come with finding tenants, background checks, collecting rents, etc, etc. Prop M takes care of all that. Staff is professional and responsive, and they are proactive regarding what your property may need. I'm very happy to have them manage my property. - Joan
