  Overall had a terrible experience with them, the lack of communication and care was very evident and it is sad to see how little they care about their customers.

  Joey was super helpful and fast to assist me. Had a few questions about the screening process and even though he didn’t know the answer off hand he said he would follow up and reach back out once he had an answer. Fastest response I have ever gotten. He was kind and patient with my specific scenario and was most helpful. Thanks Joey!

  Finally writing a review since it's been almost 3 years since I rented from PropM. So many things went horribly to the point I broke my lease early and they waived the fee, I think because I probably had a case in court which I wish I pursued. Do not rent from this company. See below for the laundry list of issues: 1. Basement key. I was given multiple keys upon move in, none of which opened the basement deadbolt, which was frequently locked by other tenants (although a code was also required for entry) leaving me unable to access my items in the basement storage or laundry room. I contacted management multiple times over the 6 months regarding this issue. I was told that the keys "should" open that door. I was then told their solution was that they would ask the other tenants to leave the deadbolt unlocked, which did not happen. I was told around the 3rd or 4th time that there is no existing basement key and they would try to look for one-- I never heard back. When I reached out again I was told that they found one and when I made the trip to get it, I was given a key that didn't work. It was for the wrong apartment. The next time I went to the management office, I spoke with the director Michelle who happened to be there and she was finally able to provide me with a key to access the basement, after almost 6 months of living there. 2. No heater in the bedroom. In this apartment, there are only two forced air vents where the heat comes out: in the large living room space and in the kitchen. In the winter months, this leaves the bedroom and bathroom very cold. There is an electric wall heater installed in the bedroom that has not worked from the day I moved in. I put in a maintenance request and when they came out, they advised it is faulty and would need to be replaced. There was no follow up on this and I still do not have heat in that room. 3. Hole behind the toilet. Since plumbing came out on 3/29 to fix the corroded pipe that left me with no hot water, heat, or ability to use the stove/oven for 5 days, there has been a giant hole in the wall behind the toilet that peers straight into the kitchen of my downstairs neighbor apartment 1. Not only is this a safety concern, it is a huge violation to not be able to use my bathroom privately. They were supposed to come back the day after to fix the hole but I have not heard anything from anyone about resolving this. 4. Noisy item banging on the roof. There is something on the roof or within the vent above the stove that, on windy days, sounds as though it is loudly banging inside the cupboard at all hours. I have put in two maintenance requests for this and sent videos of the issue; someone came out and said they don't work on roofs. I put in another request and no one responded.

  I have been with PropM now for 2 years and counting. Prior to starting with PropM, I had used several management companies, 2 of which has since closed. PropM has been around for approximately 15-16 years, and they have their program dialed in. In addition, I have received a lovely tenant comment that they are very good to work with, compared to previous companies we previously used. I have referred many of my investor clients to PropM as well, due to how fantastic my personal experience has been. Director, Michelle, and her Entire Team, including Tiffany, Jenn, Briam, and the Entire crew are always super helpful, have positive attitudes and are available 7 days a week, unlike the other management companies I have worked with. It is not rocket science - people typically only have time to view/apply for a new rental during the weekends, so with PropM's 7-day availability, this has significantly decreased the amount of days on the market, when turning over a unit. Bottom Line, HIGHLY Recommended!

  Poor, rude, inconsistent communication. They mistakenly charged me for a missed home inspection (inspections are scheduled by management and inspectors come with keys and body cameras) and I had to submit a combination of about 8 texts, calls, forms before I submitted an emergency work order that they acted on. Even then I was refunded but nobody contacted me to let me know. Even upgrades aren't communicated - I might hear loud noise in my apartment and there are workers replacing carpet in the hallway. The rent was high but reasonable originally but continues to rise every year. I'm dreading the move out process.
