  Moving during the winter holidays can be stressful, but the team at Performance Properties helped us get into our cozy Portland rental home quickly. We love the deposit option they use and how friendly everyone has been including maintenance workers and inspectors. Special thanks to Mia for always keeping us informed about any important updates. As someone who has rented for years from many different people and companies, Performance Properties is definitely a company I would recommend and rent from again.

  I have been renting from them and it has been meh until they decided to start spamming my email with a bunch of random bullshit and asking for reviews. Well, here is the review - 1 star because they are doing anything other than collecting my rent and fixing things. If you ask for a review, you get 1 star.

  Mia saved the day for me! As a tenant I locked myself out of my commercial office and really didn’t want to have to pay $300 for a locksmith, I contacted Performance Properties and Mia got right back to me letting me know they have a spare key!!! A thousand thank you’s Mia!!!

  Performance Properties Inc. manages a 60-unit apartment complex for me, and I’ve been very pleased with the level of service and oversight they provide. One of the things I appreciate most is having direct access to their accountant, Sonja, whenever I have questions about financials, statements, or anything related to the property. That level of accessibility has been extremely helpful. Since switching to PPI from my previous property management company, they have saved me a significant amount of money while still providing excellent care and attention to the property. Their team communicates quickly, stays on top of issues, and keeps me informed without requiring me to constantly follow up. Managing a 60-unit property requires strong communication, financial oversight, and attention to detail, and I’ve been impressed with how PPI handles all three. I feel like my investment is being actively looked after rather than simply managed from a distance. I would definitely recommend Performance Properties Inc. to other multifamily property owners looking for responsive, hands-on property management.

  I’ve been a resident with Performance Properties in Portland and have had a really positive experience. Whenever I’ve had a maintenance issue or question, their team has been responsive and helpful, and I appreciate how easy they are to communicate with. The property has been well maintained, and it’s nice knowing there’s a local management team that actually follows through when something needs attention. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional. I’ve been very happy living here and would definitely recommend Performance Properties to anyone looking for a rental in the Portland area.
