What to start with, we had a massive bulge in the ceiling that was never resolved; The apartments are very old. we had a newer renovated apartment and it still felt very old. Everything has clearly been painted over so many times and closets and doors have clearly all been busted down or ripped off the hinges. it really doesn’t cost a-lot to replace a door or a hinge or a track. keep in mind we only lived here since around a year and a half. also deliveries of any kind here suck, amazon, door dash, uber eats or friends coming by that dont know the complex; The office address is the only address so the delivery person has to look through all the apartments and find yours specifically, theres an amazon locker but its at the top of the complex so if you live far from the office prepare for a walk. This coming summer was too much, my air filter had gotten clogged from the poor air quality, and I couldnt open my windows because my neighbors smell like they don’t even know what soap is. I tried getting in contact with management to see if maybe there was a way we could solve this reasonably and I was just told “contact us if it persists”. I know you cant force people to shower but c’mon atleast enforce your no smoking policy. they’re smoking outside many times a day and not just cigarettes no, no, no, weed and tobacco and maybe something else too (It smelled kinda meth-y) but Its impossible to live in this unit and I also suspect its why they wont ever fill this unit and the adjacent units too. The strong smells, the heat, and the inability for them to enforce their own rules did it for me. Not to mention the trash problem and the parking problems, its not as bad near the back of the 3rd entrance because theres a kindercare that has parking down there. My vehicle has been wrongfully towed for being “abandoned” even though I had moved it for the whole week and then randomly it was towed during the weekend while I had guests over. but honestly you need to live near the front for a good experience, otherwise the apartments suck. Maintenance is quick but who comes out will matter, i’ve had their maintenance say they need parts leave and close the ticket and never come back. office people are sweet too; but unfortunately the problems are with the residents and the property itself. I will attach as many photos as I can take of these problems. Edit: DONOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE INTO 243. 242 Smells terrible

I lived at Todd Village Apartments and I want to share my experience. Other than the trash problem, the complex is actually nice and the people who live here are good. Most neighbors are respectful and friendly, and the apartments themselves are okay. However, the trash problem is very serious. Almost every week there is trash on the ground around the buildings, parking areas, and walkways. You can see bags, food, boxes, and other garbage everywhere. It makes the complex look dirty and not taken care of. The dumpsters are also a big issue. Many times they are completely full and overflowing, with trash all around them. This happens very often, not just one time. The trash stays there for days, animals open the bags, and when it is windy the trash goes all over the complex. It smells bad and feels unhealthy. What makes this more frustrating is that management does not do anything about it. This problem has been happening for a long time and nothing changes. I do not see regular cleanups or any real effort to fix the situation. It feels like management does not listen to residents. We pay rent every month and expect a clean place to live. Todd Village Apartments has potential to be a very good place, but the trash problem and no action from management really affects living here. I hope management starts to take responsibility and fix this soon.

Our little family has lived here for about five years, and each year has gotten better especially this one. There have been fun events like a petting zoo, Halloween costume contests, and raffles for various occasions. What stands out the most, is the staff. Times are tough for everyone, and they’ve been incredibly understanding with everything that’s within their control. We’re pretty chill and understand that it’s an apartment complex, so the concerns mentioned in some previous reviews haven’t really bothered us. Good communication and a great staff are all we need. Thank you all we’ll definitely be renewing our lease for next year

I have lived here for about 3 months and love it. I don't understand why it got bad reviews. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The area seems peaceful and private. If you have any maintenance issues just report it and they will work with you to fix it promptly. The rate to rent is also not bad compared to some of the other places in the area. I would take a tour and decide for yourself if you like it or not, don't go by the reviews.
