I was very excited to move into this community almost 2 years ago. Management takes very good care of the property and the maintenance team is superb and friendly. I feel safe living here and it’s beautiful. One huge downfall is the parking situation. I have a rented carport and have secured parking for one of my vehicles. My second vehicle is parked in open parking which is very limited. If you cannot find an open spot near your apartment, your walk can be long. This creates a situation especially late in the day when people are coming home from work. Vehicles are speeding through the parking lot trying to get to an open space first. There is a petty neighbour reporting to the office that my car is parked in a space too long and that I even park my car in carports that don’t belong to me. I did park my car in a space for 6 days due to my being on vacation but I have never parked in another carport that did not belong to me. The apartment manager, Marilyn, left me a voicemail stating she has the power to tow my vehicle if I continue to park in a space longer than 3 days or carports not belonging to me. It’s upsetting that management takes the word of petty neighbours instead of verifying this to be a fact. I also have been reported from a neighbour that I do not pick up my dog poop which is a lie. I’m pretty sure it’s the same petty neighbour that scowls at us in the same building we live in. Management creates an unwelcoming environment when they take the word of petty neighbours instead of verifying for themselves. I would have given a 5 star review if I haven’t been harassed for things I have not done.
The parking lot is horrifically painted making spaces small or awkwardly shaped. Excessively difficult for parents with kids in car seats. Poor lighting in the lot too so my car was broken into. No one ever answers the phones either

I recently moved into Timbers at Tualatin, and my experience so far has been excellent. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming, making the transition into my new home very smooth.
One of the things that has stood out most is the outstanding staff, especially Marylin. From the beginning, she has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the move-in process. Her positive attitude and genuine care for residents have made a great first impression.
The property is clean, the atmosphere is inviting, and the management team has been responsive and attentive. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend Timbers at Tualatin to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.
The management has changed in the last couple months. To the negative. I chose my apartment based upon the waterfall and the pond below, they have turned off the pump and now it has become a cesspool of mosquito infested Brown murky water. I have tried to reach management several times by calling the office or going by no one answers and it has been closed during office hours with no explanation. From residents around me that have been here for multiple years have said that this is the very worst management. The ownership changed after the officer shooting happened here. When I began my tenancy here things were pretty decent. I was not thrilled with Jasmine by any means but Daniel was a rockstar. Now apparently the one incredible leasing agent, Robert has left. The pool hours are 100% not reinforced and you get rowdy loud parties down there at all hours of the night. It's impossible to sleep with your window open as the rambunctious partiers that hit the hot tub at all hours neglecting the posted hours. I am absolutely not impressed with the new manager if you want to call her that. Lots of changes have come with the transition of management. None of which are positive positive
I've been here a little over a year and the office turnover is outrageous. Just when they get some wonderful person Daniel and Robert for example, they leave. The new property management company asset is proving to be less than desirable by far. They turned off the waterfall and the pump in the pond and the mosquitoes are rapidly multiplying. They sent notices to everyone about the porch violations. I regret resigning my lease here. It was a nightmare to get into the place in the initial stages with Jasmine as a leasing agent and Jordan as the manager. Robert the new leasing agent with asset property Management, is the best thing that's been in the office, besides Daniel who left months ago. Now Robert is leaving. I haven't personally met the new manager but I've heard she is absolutely atrocious. With the way things are changing here at the complex I definitely would not recommend checking it out.
