  They NEVER have any guest parking bc ppl who live here take up all the spots and never move they’re car the managers or whoever need to do something about this it’s been an issue for YEARS and it’s honestly ridiculous there is no where to park if your a guest

  Property management is pretty nice gets back to you quick. Went to email for touring date. Found that you could view apartments online. I did. I regret even looking. I mean I don’t but ewww. Fix it don’t just paint over MOLD. In my opinion yall bold for using these for the touring photos. DO NOT RENT MOLDY APARTMENTS! -stars if you could.

  Where do I even begin the office staff is so nice so this post is regarding the property itself not the tour guide. We went to visit this property looking in the area for a new apt. First one we saw was a 3 bedroom 1 bath /3rd floor apartment kitchen looked updated with new cabinets but the flooring and paint along walls ugh. The first thing noticed strong odor of cigarette smoke with shampoo carpet scent. As someone with asthma and allergies I can’t fathom ever moving into an apt like that. Our tour guide lady seemed unphased. (Apts are supposed to be smoke free but we saw burnt cigarette butts on property grounds) The popcorn ceilings are questionable for asbestos since the buildings have been there since the 70s. The bedrooms had recently been painted and you could tell where paint was missed in areas thru out. The amount of clutter/trash outside apartments was sad. Their parking situation just a big no some apartments can have up to 3 vehicles. The stairs and walkways looked like they had not been pressure washed in years with gum and tar stains. Railings peeling sticky and gross. The laundry rooms looked dirty and like they’ve never been mopped or cared for. The apartments need a face lift on the outside bark around the trees, grass plants not just at the office. Second apartment we saw didn’t smell like smoke but the closet outside area on patio smelled like something was rotting in it we didn’t open it. The stench was bad. The chalking on the bathrooms and paint overall still problematic walls need to be cleaned off mold prior to painting on top that’s what it looked like. If you drive the property you can see multiple residences with broken blinds, and clutter everywhere on window sills.

  Wonderful apartment complex. Maintained round the clock, literally. Very professional and courteous office staff. They are very quick in fixing any issues in your unit. This place is very safe for people of all ages. And it's very close to a shopping malls, schools, and on public transit route. What more can one ask for? Very highly recommended for peace of mind!

  I've lived here for 3 years and never once have I been upset with it. The staff are friendly and respectful. They respond to any maintenance issues with haste and professionalism. I'm happy to continue living here.
