- KPKyle Plate2 days ago1.0In my lease, it is stated that my utilities are paid in a lump sum, once the unit gets the bill, its split and thats how we pay. Last week, I had the property manager disconnect my electric and tell me that I pay PGE seperate. I took the literally lease paperwork into the office and showed the property manager where it states my payment obligations and she snapped on me. I ended the conversation and im working with attorneys on the situation now. All in all, the units alright, but this is some shisty tactics if the rental property cant even stick to its own LEASE OBLIGATIONS
