  We are new tenants here and I can't say how impressed I am with the apartment location and amenities. This place is fantastic. On top of that the staff here, especially Marni Bronson, have gone out of their way to help us get settled. Marni truly cares about all the tenants here and is a wonderful and helpful person.

  I’d like to give my recognition to the assistant property manager, Rachel. Since our initial inquiry, she was patient with all of our questions, very communicative as well as very friendly and personable. She has made us feel so welcome and we could not be more excited to become residents of this property. We have already sent recommendations to our friends and will continue to do so for anyone else in the future we know are on the hunt for their next home.

  Recently moved in and so far, so good! Marni and Mack were both very helpful throughout the move-in process and made everything smooth. The staff overall has been very friendly and welcoming, which has made settling in much easier. As other reviews have mentioned, parking is limited — if you come back later in the evening, be prepared to walk a bit. That said, the grounds are well-maintained and clean, which I really appreciate. Overall, happy with the experience so far!

  I get tired of coming home 9ish, parking is obsurd. The fact that management knows what the issue is,but refuses to make it more accesible and easier for their residents, and make changes on their end that could solve thid parking issue. In my humble opinon, there is nothing about a concrete parking garage. One that literaly has space, but management holds the price hostsage, and claims to be"luxury". Please show me the luxury of a garage thats different from a different complex.Even 75 less could get ppl in the garsge More spaces automaticlly open in the main lots. I wouldn't have to park at the clubhouse, when my unit is on the other side of the damn complex, which makes me late in the morning for my commute. They have also cut ALL BBqs, electric and even propane. Esp when i sigend it into my lease it stats that bbqs of apprved quality by management..... but now have the power to take that away?? .... 😒Based on what ive seen, feels like there is no quality of life at times. Just use caution when renting here😒.

  after two months of being here and nothing changed i’m lowering my 3 stars to 2 star. all we want is under ground parking to be cheaper. not free.. cheaper. that’s it. that would change so many reviews on here. but they don’t care. we are not going to be forced to pay $180 for underground parking. if they ever fix my only complaint about this place i will give them 5 stars. at the end of the day this is my only complaint but its a big one. there’s no street parking so where am i suppose to park? i’m not okay with the only “solution” they have is “pay it.” everything else has been great. also they use to have monthly events like raffles, food trucks, but i’m assuming with so many complaints about parking they stopped doing anything for us. idk. if you can afford/ don’t mind the $180 for underground parking than this place is good. i also want to add that one of the best things about this place is that there is no kids playground. if that is one of your complaints.. don’t move here.
