  I would not recommend this place at all. Management? A joke. On site maintainance? Right! Needed lights for my bathroom. Requsyed 2 x was told by the manager i would have light today. A 2 second job . then all of a sudden at 5 maintainance had a sprinkler (outside ) emergency. Ive been out side not one worker doing any sprinkler repair. Im not using my bathroom with the door open it is black in there. This place is a joke. I am notifying the owners.

  Pay your rent on time and be courteous to your neighbors and the property and you will have a wonderful experience! We've now lived here for 2 years and zero complaints. They're constantly improving the place (exterior painting, repaved parking space, etc) and the apartment complex is well kempt. Having maintenance issues? Let them know and they're on it. The office staff are pleasant and very helpful. Actually, the only negative about these apartments is that there's a waiting list most of the time. I bet that's because nobody wants to leave.
