  I lived here for about 5-6 months and I hated every second of it. The property is VERY old and it looks like all materials used on the property are from dollar tree. Super thin walls. Every second I could hear my neighbors upstairs breathing, snoring, and stomping. I told management over 4x how bad it is and they ignored me and said nothing can be done. I genuinely developed a mental health issue and was no longer able to live here. The maintenance guy is very inexperienced and does not fix issues. The kitchen sink was unusable for 2 whole months. Management didn’t care. The “dog park” and pool are nasty. The laundry room smells weird and machines are constantly broken. The trash bins are not large enough and are constantly over filled. The rent for these unkept apartments is too high. Utilities were about $300-$400. You’re better off finding a different place. Pretty sure the utilities are being incorrectly billed to clients but I can’t tell for certain as they NEVER sent me a master bill. FPI management is perhaps the worst rental company i’ve ever encountered. It looks like they don’t want to work. Management will ignore you as soon as you sign the lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

  !!!DONT MOVE HERE!!! I currently live here and if I could give this 0 stars I would. Leasing office has been slimey from the jump. The “seasonal pool” hasn’t been opened in about 4 years. The smart locks are not working. They lied about utilities being included even though on multiple websites it stated it was then they want to say it was bc wrong and only the information on their website is deemed correct. So on top of paying $1695 (they dropped it down to $1495 because no one wants to live here) we now pay utilities too! The apartment is big but full of bugs that they refuse to come in and spray and tried to scam us $500 to fix a toilet problem. Overall I implore you to look elsewhere. Legacy property management is full of liars. DONT MOVE HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

  Chanele is amazing! Maintaince request are always on time. She goes above and beyond to what she does for these apts. Very kind understanding sweet and helpful. We thank her for being her! And working as hard as she does for us! :)
