  I do not recommend moving into apartment 1231 unless you walk, talk, think and breathe like a mouse. The redheaded Neighbor Nextdoor was the worst Karen I’ve ever lived next to in my life. She was a stalker even up until the point of after I moved out and she said inappropriate things to my company numerous times. It got to a point where my guests in my own home didn’t feel comfortable walking up my steps because she would say something to them and harass them. She has been living there for years and making other people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome for years and somehow she still is allowed to live at this apartment complex. It’s just crazy. As long as you don’t move into apartment 1231 I think it’s a good apartment but don’t move next to that crazy old lunatic. Also being that it’s older buildings the insulation and noise barriers are awful.

  I moved to Summer Creek Apartments in September 2017. The most appealing amenities were no pet rent, garage and parking free of charge, and the square footage. The community is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and staff very helpful and accommodating. I moved into a three bedroom apartment with two roommates, and when one of my roommates had to leave, Summer Creek was more than helpful in making the arrangements for myself and my remaining roommate to move into a two bedroom free of charge. All we had to do was sign a new lease. I filled out a maintenance report for my smoke detector and facilities staff came to fix it the same day. Very prompt and courteous service. Hot tub and weight room are open all year round and club house is always clean and welcoming. Summer Creek Apartments are also located near a community park where you can walk your dog and enjoy the fresh air. Summer Creek Apartments will fulfill your expectations and much more.
