  Five stars is not enough for this property. It should be six. I’ve lived in apartments, my whole life, and never had such an incredibly professional management company. All my questions are answered. The amenities are beautiful and incredibly maintained. It’s almost like living in a resort. really difficult to find something to complain about here. Highly recommended with great sites to see here in Silverton

  I love living here! Kim is efficient, thorough, ensures complex safety, and tenant satisfaction. Upon move in, the Apartment Home looked brand new; work orders are done in timely fashion, and everything is beautifully maintained. The grounds, pool, gym and hot tub are luxury at it's Finest. Rest your feet in the hot tub, and relax. You are taken care of here.

  This place has so much potential, great amenities but they often aren't in working order, mostly wonderful residents, but the dog poop situation is real, and the safety standards of the property are sorely lacking. We have been asking for speed bumps for some time now. On site mgmt has carried these requests forth as well as direct attempts to reach property management. We have now experienced one death and one injury in the parking lot and the company ( Fulmer’s/Stratum) still will not install speed bumps so residents and visitors fly through the lot where children are at play.

  I highly recommend Silverton Apartment homes. Sean Bean is top tier when it comes to maintence. Efficient & professional.
