  Living at The Jory has been such a great experience. Management and maintenance are super friendly and they take care of things in a timely manner. The apartments are super nice, awesome gym, and great community space. Staff were very patient with me and took my conerns seriously when it came to noise, spiders, any question I had in general, the staff have been great. Throughout my time here, I interacted with Dennise more and Hernan the maintenance manager. Always super nice and attentive. I have to leave due to a personal metter but The Jory is definitely a place I can say with certainty that I would gladly return to if I ever come back to Salem. Thank you Dennise and Hernan for everything. I really appreciate y'all for being so attentive and very nice. - Maria Barragan

  Well been here 2 years on 4th manger change was a peaceful apartment till the first of this year then was told the info I was given by the previous manger was wrong when I signed my last current lease and I had to remove my bbq from my porch in the last 4 months iv now seen 3 24 hour notices of entry 1 for fire inspection that I took time off work to be there for 1 for bug inspection that they gave a outside contractor keys to all apartments to enter with out mangment staff accompanying with him luck again I took time off of work now another inspection for them looking for damages to the property seems like they should have done this all at once I pay alot of money to have my space and peace I dont know what others expect when paying such high rent but I expect to not continually invade my space I pay to be in im hoping this will be the last before my lease is up and I move and on another note I was also told we would be getting one designated parking spot last summer still not happened when I ask new manager was told I was miss informed from the last manager told her I sometimes have to park way far from my apartment she pretty said there's nothing they can do about that so if you are OK with those things the apartment itself is nice parking sucks company that runs it needs better management staff that gives right information instead of mis information

  I’ve lived at The Jory for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about the Denisse Vargas. From the very beginning, she made the move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. She is professional, proactive, and truly cares about the residents here. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request, Denisse has always made sure that things were handled for me in a very timely manner. It’s such a relief to have someone who is so responsive and dedicated—she truly makes living at The Jory a great experience!
