- CEChad EvansAug 9, 20263.0Management is pretty decent. For a "luxury" apartment the builders sure skimped on the insulation and soundproofing, as well as fixtures and finishes. You can hear your neighbors urinating into their toilet while sitting in your living room, if you're in to that. Also, the quality of the tenants has gone down hill the last few years. Almost been hit in the parking lot several times by people speeding. Overall not a terrible place, but don't set your expectations too high.
