  One of the more trashier places I’ve lived at. Kids trash the park, and you can follow their trail of wrappers and water balloons all The way to their apartments. People below us will drop trash right in front of their door and just kick it down the stairs and it ends up in the breezeway. Kids play in the middle of the parking lot while cars speed through the street and don’t slow down for anyone, it’s only a matter of time before one of the kids gets hit because I’ve seen them just run into the street without looking. Only good thing is most eveyone is quiet especially at night, but shared walls are pretty thin and you can hear kids stomping below you as it echos through the entire building. I’ve heard the first floor running around while being on the 3rd. Over all it’s okay and more on the cheaper side, but not the cleanest due to just parents not parenting their kids. I also want to add about the place being trashy, someone just dumped a full bag of trash on the sidewalk (I assume it broke) and they never bothered to clean it up and it’s been there a week now. Such a classy group of people living here

  Nice complex and the office staff is friendly and maintenance is on top of everything. 5 stars all the way!!!
