  Experience here with management was distasteful and unprofessional. Seriously needs a reassessment, all communication is unclear and confusing. Good luck trying to move here.

  Management is understanding on current and past issues. Maintenance is awesome. Marcellus is amazing. Every interaction with him brightens the mood. He is so enthusiastic and caring. Helped me with a maintenance issue without a formal request because he has some spare time.

  Its quiet at night mostly, but neighbors with dogs dont pick up the poop after their pets. Sometimes it stays on the grass for a week before the cleaning person comes to clean. The drivers speeds so bad without caring about kids playing in the fields.. something needs to be done about that to avoid an accident. Other its ok.

  Overall, I like living at Spring Woods the apartments are beautiful, look high-end, and the amenities are great! Maintenance and management are super communicative and quickly fix any issues brought to their attention. Parking is the only minor issue right now, but I heard assigned parking is coming soon, which will make living here even better! Another issue is the trash areas are honestly kinda disgusting noted people just throw them wherever they feel like how hard is it to throw it to its correct location?... Hoping they start to get strict on that so the place stays looking nice and not filled with trash.

  We’ve been here since the property opened up unfortunately the management switched half way into our second year(we switched from a 2 bd to a 3bd). Before it was owned by smi, we’ve rented from smi for years and have always gotten our deposits fully back. Unfortunately this new management is terrible and scammers. I would be scared if you’re currently living here and if you’re looking into it DO NOT. This place had so much potential but I’ve never had a worse move out experience in my life. They don’t follow their lease, my lease was supposed to be transferred from smi to their property but it seems they made up their own rules to follow and after going back and forth with them they sent out new leases to the current tenants. They took our full 2000$ deposit and an additional 1200 for carpet damage in one small section in one bedroom which I highly doubt was from us since we moved into that apartment after they became management. I feel like I’ve gotten robbed
